Material grades: EN 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4541
Dimensions of hollow sections: square hollow sections 25 x 25 - 300 x 300 mm
rectangular hollow sections 30 x 20 - 400 x 200 mm
Wall thickness: 1,2----12,5 mm
Production length: stock length 6 metres, also other required lenghts to order
Surface finish: brushed, polished
Welding: plasma

Stainless steel profiles – S 350

(stainless steel with higher strength characteristics)

Example:

The profile 40 x 40 x 2 mm in grade 1.4301 can be replaced with the material S-350 with dimensions 40x40x1,5 mm, in the same quality

The example benefits:

  1. wall thickness 2 mm can be replaced with the wall thickness 1.5 mm, whereas mechanical properties are even higher.
  2. significant material saving in kg/m (=0.595 kg/m)
  3. price reduction – namely just twice:
    the price of 1 m profile will be lower, because the alloy surcharge for 1 kg of the material will finally also be lower.

In case of bigger ordered quantities there is a possibility of cutting to requested lengths, also angle-wise.
